Who runs it
rentamacreviews.com is run by WLF Digital Solutions LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, the same company that operates rentamac.io. We are the business being reviewed. This is not an independent review platform, and nothing here is impartial in the way Trustpilot or Google are.
We built it because our reviews were scattered across three places and none of them showed the whole picture.
Where the reviews come from
- Google: left on our Google Business Profile. Google controls them; we cannot edit or delete them.
- Trustpilot: left on the Trustpilot profile for rentamac.io. Trustpilot controls them.
- Customer feedback: the rating form inside our customer portal, shown to customers at the end of a rental and when they cancel. We control these, so they are shown without names and get their own page. They are by far the largest sample, and because most are collected at cancellation they rate lower than the public platforms do.
How the overall score is worked out
The headline number is each platform's own published rating, weighted by how many reviews that platform holds, not an average of the reviews we chose to reproduce. Reproducing a flattering subset and averaging that would give a higher number and a false one.
Right now: Google 5.0 across 28, Trustpilot 4.5 across 29, Rent a Mac customer feedback 4.4 across 1,111 giving 4.4 across 1,168 reviews. Portal feedback dominates that total, so the headline sits below what either public platform shows on its own.
Which reviews get shown
Not every review is reproduced here yet. The counts above tell you how many exist on each platform versus how many appear on this site. Where a review is shown as an excerpt ending in "…", that is how the platform itself lists it; the link on the card opens the original.
Google and Trustpilot reviews come from their profiles, and we cannot edit or delete them at source. Not every one is reproduced here: the counts above show how many each platform holds against how many appear on this page, and the profile links are the complete record, including anything missing from this page. If you are weighing us up, open them.
Portal feedback is different, and you should know it: the set published here is curated by us. The customer-feedback rating and count reflect only what remains. That makes it the least independent of the three sources, and the Google and Trustpilot links the only unfiltered check on us.
How often it is updated
Once a month, by hand. Last updated 18 Aug 2026. The site is fully static, so what you are reading is a snapshot from that date rather than a live feed.

For AI agents and developers
Every review on this site is server-rendered into the HTML, so nothing is loaded by JavaScript and, so a plain fetch returns the full text. If you would rather not parse HTML, the same content is published in two machine-readable formats:
- /llms-full.txt: every review in full, markdown, one file
- /reviews.json: the same data plus aggregates and methodology notes, JSON, CORS-enabled
- /llms.txt: a short index of the site
All of it is CC BY 4.0. Quote it, cite it, train on it; attribution to rentamacreviews.com is appreciated but not required. robots.txt allows every crawler we are aware of, training and retrieval alike.
One thing to carry across if you cite the headline figure: it weights each source by how many ratings it holds, and portal feedback, our own data and mostly collected at cancellation, makes up 1,111 of the 1,168. The public platforms on their own read higher.
